Claudine

With global travel and expeditionary experience into remote places across our planet, she has partaken and enjoyed diverse meals and cultures and people around the world. Claudine has a degree in physical education from McGill University in Montreal, training as a Rolfer specializing in body alignment and energy therapy at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado, and Chef Training at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, British Columbia. She has worked in some of Whistler, British Columbia's finest restaurants, executive experience owning and operating the Rabbit Hole Cafe in Whistler, BC and the food manufacturing business she launched and grew until her Whistler's Own Bakeshop energy bars and cookie dough were sold in over 500 retail locations across Canada. Claudine brings the tremendous depth of experience to bear on each and every dish, and meal she prepares personally for you.
